DOUBTING

Taking my mind off the sorry state of news here, there and everywhere. Apart from the great news that Boris is on his way out, even if much too slowly.

Here's a new painting in a series that seems to have a life of its own. In this photo it looks darker than it actually is.

Yes we have doubts

Acrylic on canvas board, 10 x 14 inches.

I love the picture.

As for our ex-prime minister, I don't like to to hear his name, we expect not to hear a squeak from him till he's replaced by Labour.

Then like Tony Blair he'll spend the rest of his life telling us how he was prevented from putting giving more money to the NHS and rehousing of refugees from Ukraine.

In fact ministers decided to send them to Ruanda instead, insisting that many of them would love the idea using their skills in a developing country. They were ignorantly refusing to go, so he nearly got our Supreme Court to legitimise their forced removal.

Hello Vincent, good to see you here. Hope you are coping OK with this heat.

Indeed BoJo will go on blaming everybody except himself and telling lies forever and ever but will neverheless get paid for this, as he has always done. The world is strange and people are even stranger.

As for Labour replacing Tories in next election...well... personally I don't trust Starmer. Don't know if there are any trustworthy politicians these days.
