BODY REBUILDING

Here's me back from the gym, feeling virtuously achy. They have state of the art equipment, acres of it, full of people in various states of uber-fitness, uber-decay and simple normal what-the-hellness. All good.

Tom, the exercise programme was prescribed and planned for me by the NHS physiotherapy team to try and improve the problem with my dodgy hip. Three times a week, one hour each time, at the local gym. I am obeying instructions. Of course my lost youth is coming back, it was never lost!
