THIS IS WHERE I AM NOW

Some photos of Clamart, a small town in the region called the Hauts- de- Seine where my sister is sitting, bored and fed up in a convalescence clinic and where I like my hotel room.

Bored but being cared for. Looks pretty and quiet where you are. In our wonderful country we just throw patients out for their families to care for, should they have families.

Alas, that's true of many places, Hattie. I'm thankful that I have a caring family and vice-versa.

Well, they didn't send her nearer the centre of Paris then but given the proximity of Versailles now, relatively, I hope you are both able to sample some delightful cake, cough.

Love the wrought iron in front of the windows and seems good that you can see a tree as well as people in this new place. It looks much more of a 'real' neighbourhood where lemon tea and cous cous might be readily available:0)

I wish you and your sister gentle healing days and you energy and light for heart and mind as you continue to support her.

Daisy-Win, there are indeed a lot of wrought iron gates in the town, in front of old houses that look as if Rousseau would have painted them. That kind of thing. Also plenty of cous-cous in Moroccan restaurants, yum. Suits me but not ma soeur whose digestion is delicate. Thanks for the wave od good wishes, we are doing well, pour le moment.
